I've been getting a lot of these from the level 4 Brackish Skales in Queensdale! They're south and down the hill from the Shaemoor Waypoint.

Best location I've found so far is from Brackish Skales (6) on the water and land to the south around Scaver Waypoint in Queensdale.

The best place I found for these is the Shaman's Rookery in Wayfarer Foothills. If you drop in the pit there are many Shadow Skales with fast respawn time and they also drop Tiny Fangs.

You can get the blood vials from every Brackish Skale in the water in this area, level 2, 3 and 4.

If you are Asura you can get quite a few of the Blood Vials in the early starting area from Ridgeback Scales, under Water around here.

There is a spot with a lot of level 7- 8 Ridgeback Skales that drop these at a very high rate, they are located south-east of the Scaver Waypoint

Seems to drop from Bats, Skales and Skelks of low level.

The cave just north from Darkwound Defile in Kessex Hills is really good for farming these. You're going to encounter Cave Bats, and they drop a lot of Vials. Mainly Weak Blood, but I got a Thin Blood or two aswell. Happy farming!

The toppled wall is a great farming spot , the arpies have a 60% drop ( my calculation ) also they have an amazing respawn, it's easy to found , it's just behind ascalon catacombs

I farmed 14 of these in less than two minutes during a harpy event at Ghostsummit (near the Catacombs) in the Plains of Ashford. I have around 40% magic find.

Best place to get these if you are over level 10 is the Shaman's rookery. There you are scaled to level 11 and you can farm the level 7 skelk on the ground level. Rookery is in Wayfarer Foothills.

I have collected quite a few of these from bats west of the entrance to Divinity's Reach.

7 Bats equals 2 Vial of weak blood, 1 pistol, 1 worn chain coat, and 1 broken fang
