Bugged here also. I zone into the story area and can't do anything. Just listen to some kids playing and that's all. Have to use a waypoint to exit the story area.

Edit:
- As of today (Sept. 3rd, 2012 [US Server]) I can continue now. It seems to be working.

This is what I'm getting also. The kids playing was fun to listen to but story progress would be lovely.

Bugged for me as well, the children npc dialogue triggers but nothing beyond that.

This quest was bugged for me until last nights patch. I was able to finish it as of last night.

Some storyline steps were fixed - Stealing Secrets, and A Grisly Shipment - and others are in line to be resolved: The Battle for Fort Trinity, and Shell Shock.
