The zone portal at Stoneguard Gate Waypoint leads to Diessa Plateau, and the two nearest the Provern Shore Waypoint and the Blood Hill Waypoint both lead to Snowden Drifts (35-45)
The HQ of The Vigil is in the northeast of this zone at the Vigil Keep Waypoint. Armor and Weapon merchants will only sell to Vigil members, but will buy stuff from anyone.
