The route to the vista south of Tower of Modius is in the back of the cave at Uzanarin depths skill point location. After you exit the cave jump over the rock formation at the front of the waterfall, but dont forget to pick up the cauliflowers first (they are good for your health), go thru the cave and then just jump down. Had to spend some time figuring this one out so posted it here to help anyone else who misses it while getting the skill up.

No idea man. Though for now you can just zoom in on the zone on the large map and the icons are all there. :D
